Arfin India Limited approved subscription to the Rights Issue of its WOS Arfin Titanium & Speciality Alloys Limited for up to ₹3 crore.
The subsidiary, incorporated on January 14, 2025, is engaged in manufacturing and trading of non-ferrous metals.
Post-subscription, the WOS will continue to remain a Wholly Owned Subsidiary; no regulatory approvals are required for the transaction.
