Arigato Universe Limited has issued a regulatory intimation to BSE Limited regarding an upcoming Board of Directors meeting.
The Board meeting is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at the company's registered office in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27).
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed since July 1, 2026. The trading restriction will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
The disclosure is made under Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The outcome of the board meeting will be submitted separately to the stock exchange in accordance with SEBI LODR regulations.
