  • Chhaya Shah: Allotted 3,000,000 shares. Post-issue holding will be 3,000,000 shares (14.22%).
  • Shagun Shah: Allotted 2,000,000 shares. Post-issue holding will be 2,000,000 shares (9.48%).
  • Sanket Rajan Shah: Allotted 2,000,000 shares. Post-issue holding will be 2,000,000 shares (9.48%).

Notable Non-Promoter Allottees and Their Allotments:

  • Nitin Babulal Shah: Allotted 560,000 shares (2.65% post-issue)
  • Minal Jain: Allotted 620,000 shares (2.93% post-issue)
  • Vasumati Nitin Shah: Allotted 40,000 shares. Pre-issue holding was 425 shares (0.01%). Post-issue holding will be 40,425 shares (0.19%).
