ARIS, a new fitness brand, opened a 2,100 square‑foot studio on the sixth floor of Eden Square, NS 10th Road, Juhu, Mumbai, in October 2026. The venue offers panoramic views across Juhu and the Mumbai skyline.
Concept & Pillars
The studio is built around four pillars – MOVE (performance‑driven training), RECOVER (cold plunge, infrared sauna, sauna, steam room), RECHARGE (contemporary café and nutrition bar), and CONNECT (run clubs, workshops, and community events). Structured sessions combine music and coaching to create an environment of focus, intensity and collective energy.
Facilities
The facility includes a high‑energy training floor, a dedicated recovery zone equipped with a cold plunge, infrared sauna, traditional sauna and steam room, and a modern café and nutrition bar for post‑workout refuelling.
Leadership
ARIS is led by three co‑founders: Rahul Nahar, who brings over a decade of experience in fitness training and programming; Anshika Gupta, who heads the brand and business vision, holds an MBA from HEC Paris and has researched international fitness trends; and Khanak Budhiraja, an architect‑turned‑actor who contributes design and spatial experience expertise.
Origin
The concept originated during the founder’s time in Paris, where exposure to diverse fitness cultures sparked a vision for a more immersive, connected, and rewarding fitness experience.
Target Community
The studio targets professionals, entrepreneurs, celebrities, athletes and fitness enthusiasts who value performance, personal progress and meaningful connections.
