Arisinfra Solutions Limited filed a regulatory disclosure under SEBI Listing Regulation 30 regarding a new Developer-as-a-Service (DaaS) engagement secured by its subsidiary ArisUnitern RE Solutions Private Limited ("Unitern").
Contract Details
Unitern signed a DaaS engagement for "Morning Mist," a residential apartment project in Whitefield, Bengaluru. The project involves development of 3,30,000 square feet with 180 premium residential units. Unitern will manage the developer's share of approximately 2.0 lakh square feet of saleable area.
Financial Metrics
The project has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹280 crore. The engagement carries an estimated material supply opportunity of ₹100+ crore for Arisinfra. This engagement expands Unitern's DaaS portfolio to over ₹2,000 crore in estimated GDV.
Contract Terms
The engagement commences on September 15, 2026, for an initial term of 36 months, extendable by mutual consent. This marks the third project Unitern has been engaged on with the Vaishnavi Residences Group.
Services Provided
Unitern will act as the project's exclusive DaaS Partner with responsibilities spanning the entire value chain including design, project and construction coordination, branding, sales and marketing execution, CRM and collections, day-to-day operations management, channel partner management, and investor/lender coordination. Services are delivered through Unitern's DaaS platform built around its Money, Material and Management framework.
