Mandate Scope
Unitern will provide comprehensive Developer-as-a-Service including:
- Construction execution through a Category A contractor with equity-like participation
- Supply of all materials through the ARIS platform
- Sales, marketing, collections, and lender management
- Project visibility through a live Project Health Index dashboard for the promoter
Strategic Significance
This represents Unitern's second mandate from Transcon Group, following Phase 1 of Transcon Ramdev Plaza at Santacruz (West). With this win, the total GDV of projects under Unitern's DaaS mandates rises to over ₹2,500 Cr, to be executed over the next 30 months.
