The company has fixed Wednesday, 23rd September 2026 as the cut-off date. This date will be used to determine the eligibility of members to cast their votes, both through remote e-voting and at the physical AGM.

The remote e-voting period is scheduled to commence on Sunday, 27th September 2026 at 09:00 A.M. and will conclude on Tuesday, 29th September 2026 at 05:00 P.M.
