- Turnover Potential: Approximately ₹900 crore
Project 3: Borivali West Cluster Redevelopment (Largest)
- Location: Yogi Nagar – Plot B, Borivali West
- Plot Area: 24,165 sq. m. (largest of the developments)
- Projected Saleable Carpet Area: 9 lakh sq. ft.
- Turnover Potential: Approximately ₹3,000 crore

Mr. Amit Jain, Chairman and Managing Director (DIN: 00139764), commented on the company's 2026 vision, noting that the real estate sector's contribution to GDP is expected to rise from current 7.3% to nearly 15% by 2030. He emphasized that redevelopment remains a core strength of the brand and highlighted the recent achievement of receiving the Occupancy Certificate nine months ahead of the committed RERA date at Arkade Eden in Malad West.
