Regulatory Compliance Requirements
SEBI has mandated submission of PAN (duly linked with Aadhaar), KYC details and nomination by holders of physical securities vide master circular no HO/38/13/(4)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/4298/2026 dated 06th February, 2026. Members are requested to submit these details to the Company's RTA.
Unclaimed Dividend Information
Members are advised to claim unpaid/unclaimed dividend amounts for the financial year 2018-19 by sending a request to M/s Bigshare Services Private Limited. Unpaid/unclaimed amounts relating to dividend for financial year 2017-18 and earlier dividends have been transferred to IEPF, and claims must be made directly to the IEPF Authority.
