The Board of Directors of Arman Holdings Limited at their meeting held on October 31, 2026 appointed Mrs. Rimjhim as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company effective from November 1, 2026. This appointment was made pursuant to Regulation 6 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
Mrs. Rimjhim replaces Mrs. Drishti Singhal who resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective from the closing of working hours on October 31, 2026.
