Scrutinizer's Role and Findings
Sabyasachi Panigrahi of M/s. S Panigrahi & Associates was appointed scrutinizer by the Board of Directors on May 15, 2026. His responsibilities included scrutinizing the remote e-voting and e-voting process at the AGM in a fair and transparent manner pursuant to Sections 108 and 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 and relevant rules.
The scrutinizer confirmed that the company published AGM notices in The Pioneer (English) on July 30, 2026, and Veer Arjun (vernacular) on August 11, 2026. The remote e-voting report was unblocked in the presence of two witnesses not employed by the company after the closure of remote e-voting at the AGM.
