Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to furnish Performance Security and sign Agreement within 7 days may result in:

  • Cancellation of empanelment as Registered Contractor
  • Suspension/prohibition/debarment/blacklisting from participating in government contracts for minimum 180 days
  • Annulment of contract award

Additional Requirements

  • Contractor must produce purchase invoices of all prime materials with R/A/Final bill
  • Expenditure cannot exceed allotment for the work
  • Contractor must foreclose right to claim financial compensation if work is curtailed or stopped due to want of funds
  • Labour License in original must be produced for verification
