The Art of Living Social Projects, with HDFC ERGO, launched a 20‑hour Employability & Workplace Readiness Program under the Vidya project.
The initiative targeted 400 graduates across Tamil Nadu and Bengaluru, training 370 in Tamil Nadu and 31 in Karnataka, with 67% women participants.
Participants gained practical skills in communication, financial awareness, stress management, workplace discipline, and basics of banking, insurance, sales and negotiation.
Graduates reported higher confidence, better financial planning understanding, improved resilience, and realistic workplace expectations.
