Artefact Projects Limited has disclosed the award of a significant contract through a regulatory filing submitted to BSE Limited under SEBI Regulation 30.
The company, in association with KCS Engineering Private Limited, has been awarded the project for "Supervision Consultant (SC) Service during O&M stage phase for 4-lane Bilaspur —Urga section of NH -130A from design Ch. 0.000 to Ch 70.200 (from NH-49 near Dheka village to Bhiasma village) in the State of Chhattisgarh" by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
The company has received the formal Letter of Award for this project. The total contracted fees for the project awarded is ₹3,08,32,000 (Rupees Three Crore Eight Lakh Thirty-Two Thousand Only), exclusive of GST.
The project time period associated with the contract is 38 months. The nature of the work is Supervision Consultancy services during the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) stage.
The disclosure confirms that this does not constitute a related party transaction and that no promoter/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the entity to which the order/contract is awarded.
