Director Qualifications and Background

Dr. Girdhar Jessaram Gyani is not debarred from holding the office of Director pursuant to any order of SEBI or any other Authority. He has extensive experience in the healthcare industry and currently serves as the Director General of Association of Healthcare Providers (India) (AHPI), a not-for-profit society representing the vast majority of private hospitals in India.

Prior to this role, Dr. Gyani served as Secretary General of the Quality Council of India from 2003 to 2012. One of his significant contributions was in the establishment and operation of the national accreditation structure, specifically the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals (NABH), where he served as CEO until his superannuation in May 2012.

Dr. Gyani has been recognized as the 'Quality Man of India' by SME World Magazine (June 2012 cover story) and the 'CHANAKYA of Healthcare Quality' by Healthcare Executive magazine (January 2015 issue). He graduated from Agra University and completed his doctorate from Indraprastha University.
