The 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 25th September 2026 at 15:00 Hours (IST). The meeting will be conducted through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the company will remain closed for the period from Saturday, 19th September 2026 to Friday, 25th September 2026 (both days inclusive).
