Arvind Limited has informed the stock exchanges that its shareholders have approved an alteration to the company's Memorandum of Association. The approval was obtained through a postal ballot/remote e-voting process that concluded on Friday, 19th June 2026.

The shareholders approved a Special Resolution for the "Alteration in the Object Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company." This follows the Board Meeting outcome dated 15th May 2026 and is disclosed pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The specific amendment involves inserting a new sub-clause (v) after the existing sub-clause (u) in Clause III (2) of the Memorandum of Association. This expansion significantly broadens the company's permitted business objects to include:
