Appointments
Bhasker Jain has been appointed as Chief Business Officer MMR of the Company with effect from 1st July 2026 and has been designated as Senior Management Personnel. He brings 17+ years of experience in the real estate sector with expertise in P&L management, business development, sales & marketing, and PE investments with exposure to international markets. His previous experience includes serving as VP and Partner - MMR at Neoliv Real Estate where he led P&L for the region, and holding various key positions at The Wadhwa Group where he oversaw multiple large residential and commercial developments with combined revenue of over ₹3,000 crore. He holds a Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Management for Sr. Executives from Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad and a B.Com from Jai Hind College, Mumbai.
Tarpit Patni has been appointed as Head Legal of the Company with effect from 1st July 2026 and has been designated as Senior Management Personnel. He is a seasoned real estate leader with over 13+ years of diverse experience across various geographies with strong focus on real estate transactional work, compliances and litigation strategy. His previous experience includes serving as Head Legal - Mumbai Zone at Godrej Properties Limited (GPL), where he was instrumental in structuring and strategizing diverse transactions for acquisitions of land parcels in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh, providing 3x growth to the zone while handling numerous high-stake litigations for GPL. He has also advised governmental and non-governmental organizations including Deendayal Port Trust and State of Rajasthan. He holds a B.A LL.B from Nirma University, Ahmedabad and a Master's degree in Law.
Resignation
Jai Kumar Ajbani, Head Legal (designated as Senior Management Personnel) has resigned with effect from 30th June 2026, after close of business hours. The resignation was due to personal reasons as stated in his resignation letter dated 26th June 2026 addressed to the MD & CEO of the company.
