Arvind SmartSpaces signed its first residential apartment project in Mumbai via society redevelopment in Santacruz (West).
The project offers a top-line potential of ~Rs. 300 crore with total estimated carpet area for sale of 42,000 sq. ft.
Cumulative new business development top-line potential for the year now stands at ~Rs. 3,140 crore with this addition.
