The postal ballot process was conducted through e-voting facilitated by National Securities Depository Limited. The e-voting period commenced at 09:00 AM (IST) on Saturday, 4th July 2026 and ended at 05:00 PM (IST) on Sunday, 2nd August 2026. The cut-off date for determining voting eligibility was Tuesday, 30th June 2026.
Mr. Hitesh Buch of Hitesh Buch & Associates, Company Secretaries, was appointed as Scrutinizer for the postal ballot process. The scrutinizer submitted his report on 3rd August 2026 confirming that all resolutions were approved with requisite majority.
