Ashapura Minechem Ltd. has intimated the BSE and NSE regarding the dissolution of its step-down subsidiary, Ashapura Holdings Fareast Pte. Ltd., Singapore. The process for this dissolution was initiated following a decision taken at the Board Meeting held on February 14, 2025, as the subsidiary was non-operational. The management had initiated a process of voluntary liquidation for the subsidiary at that time.
The company has now completed the winding-up proceedings, having followed the due process of law in Singapore. Ashapura Holdings Fareast Pte. Ltd. stands formally dissolved with effect from August 12, 2026.
