Ashiana Housing Ltd. disclosed a land acquisition of 28.55 acres in Pune, Maharashtra, for a senior living project.
The land was acquired on an outright purchase basis at Vadgaon, Maval, with an estimated saleable area of 20 lakh sq. ft.
The project has a potential sales value of ₹1,800 crores, representing the company's largest ever land deal.
