Ashiana Housing allotted 4,325 unsecured NCDs worth ₹43.25 crore to Clover Technologies via private placement.
The 20-year debentures carry 7% annual interest payable monthly and will be listed on BSE.
Allotment was approved by the Executive Committee on April 24, 2026, under terms of the April 10 trust deed.
