Ashiana Housing mutually terminated a 20-acre land lease agreement with Mahindra World City Jaipur for a group housing project.
The cancellation was due to non-visibility of approvals required from the land lessor, Mahindra World City.
The company had originally entered into the agreement on October 30, 2024, and informed exchanges on November 6, 2024.
