Ashiana Housing FY26 Sales Hit Record INR 2421 Crores

Ashiana Housing reported its highest-ever annual sales value of INR 2,421.47 Crores for FY26, marking a record performance.
Senior Living segment sales reached a record INR 570.15 Crores in FY26, selling 569 units across 7.37 lakh sq. ft.
Q4 FY26 saw 665 units booked, a significant increase from 357 units in Q3 FY26 and 597 units in Q4 FY25.
The company launched 849 units across six projects in Q4 FY26, of which 394 units were sold for INR 1,018.70 Crores.
