During Q1 FY27, the company successfully launched:

Land Acquisition
The company acquired a piece of land measuring approximately 28.55 acres on outright purchase basis at Vadgaon, Taluka - Maval, District - Pune – 412106, Maharashtra. This represents the largest ever land deal by the company. The land is intended for development of a Senior Living project with:
- Approximate saleable area: 20 lakh square feet
- Sales value potential: INR 1,800 crores
