The company has changed its name from 'Ashika Credit Capital Limited' to 'Ashika Global Securities Limited' effective under the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation as sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kolkata Bench vide its Order dated May 08, 2026.
