Book Closure Period

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 19th September 2026 to 25th September 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 32nd AGM.

E-Voting Arrangements

The company is providing remote e-voting facilities through National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) for all resolutions mentioned in the AGM notice. The remote e-voting facility will be available from 22nd September 2026 at 09:00 AM to 24th September 2026 at 05:00 PM. The cut-off date for remote e-voting is 18th September 2026.
