Ashoka Buildcon Allotted Shares by Subsidiary VIL

Ashoka Buildcon received 40,02,250 equity shares worth Rs.4.00 crore under Rights Issue from wholly owned subsidiary Viva Infrastructure Limited on March 25, 2026.
Post-allotment, Ashoka Buildcon holds 1,21,06,750 equity shares of VIL; VIL continues as 100% wholly owned subsidiary.
VIL reported FY2024-25 turnover of Rs.872.21 lakh with a negative net worth of Rs.(9,606.89) lakh as per audited financials.
