Project Completion Update

Ashoka Buildcon Limited announced the declaration of October 07, 2026 as the Commercial Operation Date (CoD) for its National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) Project.

Project Details

• Project Name: Four Laning of Tumkur Shivamogga Section from 170+415 to km. 226+750, Bettdahalli Shivamogga of NH-206
• Project Mode: Hybrid Annuity Mode under Bharatmala Pariyojna
• Location: State of Karnataka
• Total Project Stretch: 50.975 KMs
• Completed Stretch: 45.05 KMs of main carriageway and 27.02 KMs of Service Road

SPV Information

The project is executed by Ashoka Bettadahalli Shivamogga Road Private Limited, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Ashoka Buildcon Limited.

Certification Details

• Provisional Certificate received based on recommendations from Independent Engineer
• Independent Engineer letter dated: October 09, 2026

Financial Implications

Consequent upon the declaration of CoD, the SPV becomes eligible for:

• Annuity payments from NHAI
• Operation period: 15 years
• Payment frequency: Every 6 months
• Payment start date: From the date of achievement of CoD (October 07, 2026)
