Ashoka Buildcon Wins ₹602 Crore RVNL Contract

Project Award Details

Ashoka Buildcon Limited has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) dated August 28, 2026 for Package-3: Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Electro Mechanical (E&M) System.

Project Scope

The project comprises:

• 33/11kv & 11/0.433kv GIS Substations
• HT & LT Cables
• DG Sets
• Lighting
• UPS System
• Ventilation Systems
• Fire Fighting Systems
• Other associated works

For Tunnel T-13, T-14, T-15 & T-16 under package E-4 of Rishikesh Karnprayag New BG Rail Line Project in the State of Uttarakhand.

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Bidding Method: Percentage Rate Bidding
• Performance Bank Guarantee: ₹25.51 Crore to be submitted to RVNL
• Defect Liability Period: 2 years
• Completion Period: 30 months from date of commencement

Financial Consideration

Contract Value: ₹602.16 Crore (including GST)

The order has been awarded by a Domestic Entity (Rail Vikas Nigam Limited) and is classified as a Domestic project.

Related Party Considerations

• Promoter/promoter group/group companies have no interest in the entity awarding the contract
