1. Interim Appointment to Fill Casual Vacancy
The Board of Directors of Ashoka Refineries Limited, at its meeting held on September 02, 2026, approved the appointment of KCMG & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration Number: 009518C) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
