ASI Industries Limited has announced that its 80th Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 22nd September 2026 through video conferencing/other audio-visual facility.
The company will provide e-voting facilities for all resolutions set out in the Notice. The e-voting period will commence on Saturday, 19th September 2026 at 9:00 AM and conclude on Monday, 21st September 2026 at 5:00 PM. Instructions for e-voting will be sent along with the Notice of the Meeting.
The Register of Members and Share Transfer will remain closed from Thursday, 17th September 2026 to Tuesday, 22nd September 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting.
