Asian Hotels Appoints Ex-NIA Chief as Independent Director

Asian Hotels (North) Limited appointed Mr. Yogesh Chander Modi (DIN: 11574896) as Independent Non-Executive Director effective March 25, 2026.
The appointment is for a two-year term (March 25, 2026 – March 24, 2028), subject to shareholder approval within three months.
Modi is a retired IPS officer (1984 batch) with 37+ years of experience, including as Director General of NIA (2017–2021).
