Asian Hotels East Reschedules Board Meeting to May 30

Asian Hotels (East) Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure to the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. under Regulations 29 and 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015.

The disclosure intimates the rescheduling of a Board Meeting that was previously scheduled for the same date, May 28, 2026. The meeting has been postponed due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances.

The rescheduled meeting will now be held on Saturday, May 30, 2026. The company confirms that the agenda items for the meeting remain unchanged from those communicated in the prior intimation dated May 22, 2026.

As per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's internal codes (Code of Conduct and Code of Fair Disclosure), the trading window for designated persons shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results that are expected to be discussed.

The company requests the exchanges to take this intimation on record and treat it as compliance with the applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations.
