Asian Paints Limited has intimated about an upcoming Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Wednesday, 29th July 2026. The board will consider two key agenda items:
- Approval of audited standalone financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026
- Approval of unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026
Trading Window Closure
The trading window for securities of the Company has been closed since Friday, 19th June 2026, in accordance with the Asian Paints Limited Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons. The closure will remain in effect up to Friday, 31st July 2026 (both days inclusive). This closure was previously communicated via letter no. APL/SEC/50/2026-27/21 dated 17th June 2026 and is being reinforced to all designated persons as per the Code of Conduct.
Investor Conference
The Company will hold an investor conference on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. During this conference, the management will brief investors on the Company's performance for the quarter ended 30th June 2026.
