Board Meeting Outcomes
A meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Thursday, 29th October 2026 to consider:
- Approval of audited standalone financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2026
- Approval of unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2026
- Declaration of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year ending 31st March 2027
Dividend Declaration or Non-Declaration
If interim dividend is declared, the record date for payment will be Wednesday, 4th November 2026.
Trading Window
The trading window for securities of the Company has been closed since Friday, 18th September 2026 and will remain closed up to Monday, 2nd November 2026 (both days inclusive) for the declaration of financial results. This closure is in accordance with the "Asian Paints Limited – Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons."
Investor Conference/Presentation to Analysts
The Company will hold a conference with investors on Thursday, 29th October 2026 at 5 p.m. IST. During this conference, management will brief investors on the Company's performance for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026.
