Board Meeting Details
A meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026 at the registered office of the Company. The primary agenda includes:
- Consideration and approval of Un-Audited Financial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026
- Any other matters with the permission of the chair
Trading Window Closure
Pursuant to the company's letter dated June 25, 2026 and in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's code of internal procedures and conduct, the Trading Window for Designated Persons has been closed since July 1, 2026. The Trading Window will re-open after 48 hours of the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results.
