Shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Kuldeepak Bansal as Non-Executive Independent Director via postal ballot.
The appointment is for a five-year term effective from 26th March 2026 until 25th March 2031.

Mr. Bansal holds an MBA and has over 15 years of experience in marketing, production, and finance.
