Assam Entrade Appoints Company Secretary and Secretarial Auditor

Assam Entrade appointed Mr. Divyansh Agarwal as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective May 1, 2026.
The company appointed HKS Associates & LLP as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-26 to fill a casual vacancy.
Both appointments were approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on May 1, 2026.
