Associated Alcohols & Breweries acquires 100% of SDF Industries Ltd for ₹30.85 crore through NCLT-approved resolution plan.
Target is a Kerala-based distillery with 75 lakh litre alcohol capacity and 3.6 million case bottling plant.
Acquisition aims to enhance manufacturing presence in Kerala where company maintains contract production arrangements.
