Associated Alcohols & Breweries Limited has made a regulatory disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 regarding an additional ethanol allocation.
The company received communication from BPCL dated 15th August 2026 for an additional allocation of 87.4 lakh litres of ethanol. This allocation is pursuant to an Order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in a Special Leave Petition (SLP) concerning the allocation methodology for Quarter 4 (Q4) of Ethanol Supply Year (ESY) 2025-26.
The additional allocation is in addition to the allocation already made to the company and is expected to support the company's ethanol operations and contribute positively to its business operations. The allocation is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the concerned authorities and the Supreme Court Order.
