Associated Coaters Limited has intimated about an upcoming Board of Directors meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, 29th May, 2026 at 03:30 P.M. through video conferencing at the Registered Office of the Company.
The Board will consider and approve the following agenda items:
- The Audited Financial Statements of the Company along with the Statement of assets and liabilities and Auditor's Report for the financial year ended 31st March 2026
- Recommendation of dividend, if any
- Director's Report for the financial year ended 31st March 2026
- Management Discussion and Analysis Report for the financial year ended 31st March 2026
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations').
Regarding the trading window closure, the company had previously intimated on 24th December, 2025 about the closure of the trading window. Pursuant to the Company's 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading', the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company has been closed from 1st January, 2026 and shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2026.
