Astec LifeSciences Board Restructure: Chairman Retires, MD Resigns

Mr. Nadir Godrej retired as Chairman and Director effective close of business on 13th April 2026.
Mr. Burjis N. Godrej resigned as Managing Director to focus on parent company Godrej Agrovet, appointed as Non-Executive Director.
Mr. Vishal Sharma appointed as new Chairperson and Additional Non-Executive Director, subject to shareholder approval.
Mr. Arijit Mukherjee appointed as Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer for a three-year term.
