5. Increase in Section 186 Limits: Special Resolution to increase limits for investments, loans, guarantees, and securities from current approved limit of INR 11,500 crore to INR 18,800 crore
- Current utilization: Approximately INR 9,000 crore utilized, leaving headroom of ~INR 2,500 crore
