- The company has completed a scheme of amalgamation between Quality Care India Limited (Transferor Company) and Aster DM Healthcare Limited (now renamed Aster DM Quality Care Limited) (Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders and creditors.
- Pursuant to this scheme, 35,35,51,410 equity shares of ₹10 each were allotted to eligible shareholders of Quality Care India Limited as on the record date of Thursday, 9 July 2026.
- The distinctive numbers of these shares range from 523835315 to 877386724.
Trading Approval and Listing
- The company received trading approval for these equity shares from both National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on 14 August 2026.
