Astonea Labs Limited has disclosed the appointment of its Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27 through a regulatory filing to BSE Limited.
The Board of Directors, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, approved the appointment of Mr. Chander Shekhar of M/s. Chander Shekhar & Associates (Firm Registration No.: 020828N) as the Internal Auditor of the Company. The appointment was made on 09th September, 2026.
The appointment is made pursuant to Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 13 of the Companies (Accounts) Rules, 2014, and other applicable provisions. The disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026.

Mr. Chander Shekhar is not related to any Director or Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and is associated with the Company solely in the capacity of Internal Auditor.
