Strategic Developments

Demerger Plan

Board has given in-principle approval to demerge the Space, Meteorology and Hydrology business undertakings into a separate entity. The final decision on structure, share exchange ratio, and terms will be taken after receiving requisite reports and opinions from consultants.

Management Changes
