None of the Promoters, Directors, or Key Managerial Personnel of the Listed Company have any interest in the LLP, save and except through their shareholding/directorship in the Listed Entity/Subsidiary, except for the following family relationships:

  • Mr. Vijaygopal Parasram Atal, Managing Director of the company, who is the Father of Nishit Vijaygopal Atal who is Designated Partner in LLP
  • Mr. Amit Atal, Executive Director of the company, who is Cousin of Nishit Vijaygopal Atal who is Designated Partner in LLP
  • Ms. Tanvi Atal, Director of the company, who is Sister of Nishit Vijaygopal Atal who is Designated Partner in LLP
