The 13th Annual General Meeting of Ather Energy Limited will be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m (IST).

The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM) in accordance with relevant circulars issued by MCA and SEBI.

Document Distribution

The Annual Report for FY26, the Notice of the 13th AGM, and other required documents will be sent in electronic mode to all members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Company's Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA)/Depository Participants (DPs).
